Are you fully licensed and insured for local projects?
Absolutely. We hold full licensing and insurance for residential work across Montgomery and Chester Counties. We also manage all necessary inspections with Collegeville Borough, Lower Providence, and other local municipal offices. Our PA Home Improvement Contractor License Number is PA066259.
Do you handle smaller upgrades or just large home renovations?
We take on a wide variety of jobs. These range from smaller exterior and interior upgrades starting around $5,000 to large home additions and whole house renovations up to $500,000. If your project is straightforward, we will be upfront about it and price it fairly.
Do you handle buying the materials, or do I need to shop for everything myself?
We handle all the heavy lifting when it comes to ordering and delivering structural materials like lumber, drywall, and roofing. For finish materials like kitchen cabinets, bathroom tile, and plumbing fixtures, we point you toward trusted local suppliers here in Montgomery County. Once you make your design selections, we take over the purchasing and delivery to ensure everything arrives on site exactly when our crew needs it.
Can we stay in our house while you are remodeling or building an addition?
In most cases, yes. We know how disruptive construction can be to your family routine. We set up heavy duty dust barriers, protect your flooring, and clean the job site at the end of every single day. If a project requires briefly shutting off your water or power, we coordinate it with you well in advance so you are never caught off guard. For massive whole house renovations, we will advise you early on if moving out temporarily is the safest and most efficient option.
What does your payment schedule look like, and how much is the deposit?
A typical payment schedule is 10–25% upfront to secure your project date and order materials, with milestone payments tied to work completion, and a final payment due only after you’ve done a walkthrough and are satisfied.
Do you work on both interiors and exteriors?
Yes. Our portfolio includes additions, finished basements, decks, siding, window and door updates, and full stucco remediation with rainscreen assemblies.
How do you handle unexpected costs or changes mid-project?
Every change gets a written change order before any additional work is done. We price out the change, explain why it’s needed, and get your signature before proceeding. You’ll never be surprised by a bill for work you didn’t explicitly approve in writing.
