About Steve Merman, Owner
Steve Merman is the Owner and Founder of Merman Construction Inc., a home remodeling and construction company serving Collegeville, PA and the surrounding Montgomery and Chester County area. With over 20 years of hands-on experience, Steve is known for quality craftsmanship, reliability, and attention to detail.
Steve began his career as a professional framer, constructing homes and residential developments for local builders. During this time, he developed a strong foundation in building systems, structural integrity, and the construction process. He later established Merman Construction Inc., focusing on exterior renovations, home additions, remodeling, and stucco remediation.
Over the past decade, Steve has received specialized training from industry leaders in diagnosing and repairing complex water intrusion and stucco-related issues, and is often called in after previous repairs have failed. This expertise allows him to accurately identify building failures and implement long-term repair solutions. Throughout his career, Steve has completed more than 1,000 residential projects and built experienced construction teams committed to high standards and client satisfaction.
Merman Construction Inc. is a locally owned and operated company based in Collegeville, PA and is committed to supporting animal rescue organizations, including City of Elderly Love Rescue and Speranza Animal Rescue.
