The project consisted of a 28×30 garage addition as well as a renovation of the existing garage space to a mudroom and new laundry room. Steve and his team are true professionals and executed above all expectations. The entire process was handled professionally with attention to detail. Everything from Permits, drawings, material ordering, to execution on construction were handled amazingly. It was also refreshing to work with a contractor who didn’t always tell me what I wanted to hear. Steve offered constructive challenges to design ideas based on what he had seen work or not work in the past, as well as was openly honest when things just weren’t feasible. He treated our project as if it were for his own home. All change orders were clearly communicated and documented to minimize any confusion.
