What We Built First

Before any wall goes up, the bones have to be right. Our crew started with framing, electrical and plumbing rough-ins, and R-13 insulation between every stud. The insulation does two things most people do not think about until after the fact: it keeps the space comfortable year-round and it cuts down on noise.
